Black bags out on the right day & right place
Project manager of newly elected UWNA team, came across two guys tearing black plastic bags today. They brought from somewhere else they say. This happened in Bell Crecent. They were requested to put the rubbish back, in bags provided. A firm warning set them on their way. This might make them think twice next time.
