1. Upload the token and give ample time. Sometimes the system takes a while to accept and reflect the new balance. Wait about 20 minutes.
2. Unplug meter completely and wait a few minutes
3. Then plug into another wall socket with no other plug-ins or plug into the wall socket closest the outside meter box. Enter token.
4. Try #009# then token, wait, then again #009#, wait.
